Subject: [PATCH] man: stop mentioning /var/run in tmpfiles.d(5)

It's obsolete, stop mentioning it. Let's not confuse people suggests it
would be OK to use that, because it really isn't anymore, and it gives
us trouble with merging idenctical lines.
