Fix typos of /etc/systemd/systemd

<Lekensteyn> The 198 announcement mentions
             "/etc/systemd/systemd/foobar.service.d/*.conf", is that a
             typo? I only have a /etc/systemd/system/. Is there a
             manpage describing this new feature?
