nss-myhostname: use LOOPBACK_IFINDEX instead of if_nametoindex("lo")

Given that we already hardocde the loopback ifindex, following the
kernel's own logic, we can replace the invocation of
if_nametoindex("lo") with LOOPBACK_IFINDEX.
