shell-completion/zsh: add -*type*- headers
...
Since there's no file extension, emacs and other editors do not know that this is
supposed to be in shell syntax.

- Don't redefine helpers on every call
- Prefix helper names with main function name
- Adjust some helper names for consistency and convention adherance

The file is obsolete, use /proc/self/mounts instead.
