Lennart Poettering 0629976f08 DISTRO_PORTING: document that distros may/should change fallback DNS as well as fallback NTP if they wish 
The DNS and NTP fallback server situation is pretty similar, and
downstream distros might want to change both to whatever they need,
hence mention them both.

Felipe Sateler baed1fedba login: drop fedora-specific PAM config, add note to DISTRO_PORTING (#4314) 
It is impossible to ship a fully generic PAM configuration upstream.
Therefore, ship a minimal configuration with the systemd --user requirements,
and add a note to DISTRO_PORTING documenting this.

Ramkumar Ramachandra 7830fcd836 DISTRO_PORTING: correct location of hostname-setup.c 
f33d3ec1 (move more common files to shared/ and add them to shared.la,
2012-04-12) moved src/hostname-setup.c to src/shared/hostname-setup.c,
but did not update DISTRO_PORTING accordingly.  Fix this.
