Douglas Christman 1e524ec6e2 systemctl: Allow 'edit' and 'cat' on unloaded units ... Don't fail if the unit has a LoadError; otherwise `systemctl edit` cannot be used to correct the error (e.g. multiple "ExecStart=" lines).
