* cppflags-iterator.mk (CPPFLAGS-$(cpp-src)): Variable removed.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/pathconf.c (__pathconf): Rewritten
	to use the linux/pathconf.c code by #include rather than duplication.
