	(_dl_aux_init): Remove handling of AT_EXECFN.
	* elf/dl-sysdep.c (_dl_sysdep_start): Remove handling of AT_EXECFN.
	* elf/rtld.c (process_envvars): Remove use of __ASSUME_AT_EXECFN.
