* configure.in: Call AC_CONFIG_SUBDIRS with empty argument

Browse source 
and then set $subdirs directly, because the new Autoconf breaks
	compatibility in every way imaginable and insists on whining
	about usage that worked since the dawn of time.
	* configure: Regenerated.
