* Make-dist (+sysdeps): Move wildcard inside loop to avoid consing
	up a huge list just to discard most of it.

	* configure.in (sysnames): Avoid fgrep by using the case shell
	builtin.

	* Makeconfig (config.status): Fix dependency on Implies files.
