[static-only-routines]: New static pattern rule for these .so's. * Makerules [libc.so-version] ($(slibdir)/libc.so): Target removed. [libc.so-version] ($(libdir)/libc.so, $(common-objpfx)libc-syms.so): New targets replace it.
