	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/ia64/bits/siginfo.h: Define SI_TKILL.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/s390/bits/siginfo.h: Define SI_TKILL.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/bits/siginfo.h: Define SI_TKILL.

	first syscall parameter to const char*.
