* sysdeps/unix/i386/sysdep.h (JUMPTARGET): Use ## to avoid space
 	before @PLT.
	* sysdeps/mach/i386/sysdep.h (JUMPTARGET): New macro.
	* sysdeps/i386/bsd-_setjmp.S: Use JUMPTARGET macro in jmp insn.
