	relocs for class PLT.

	* sysdeps/unix/alpha/sysdep.S (EPILOGUE, GPSAVEREG): New.
	(LOADGP) [!PIC]: Rewrite to preserve caller's gp.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/ia64/dl-static.c (_dl_static_init): Use
