Wilco Dijkstra 610ee1fc93 Remove mplog and mpexp
Remove the now unused mplog and mpexp files.

	* math/Makefile: Remove mpexp.c and mplog.c
	* sysdeps/i386/fpu/mpexp.c: Delete file.
	* sysdeps/i386/fpu/mplog.c: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/ia64/fpu/mpexp.c: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/ia64/fpu/mplog.c: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/ieee754/dbl-64/e_exp.c: Remove mention of mpexp and mplog.
	* sysdeps/ieee754/dbl-64/mpa.h (__pow_mp): Remove unused function.
	* sysdeps/ieee754/dbl-64/mpexp.c: Delete file.
	* sysdeps/ieee754/dbl-64/mplog.c: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/m68k/m680x0/fpu/mpexp.c: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/m68k/m680x0/fpu/mplog.c: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/x86_64/fpu/multiarch/Makefile: Remove mpexp* and mplog*.
	* sysdeps/x86_64/fpu/multiarch/e_log-avx.c: Remove unused defines.
