	sysdeps/m68k/fpu/s_isinff.c, sysdeps/m68k/fpu/s_ldexpf.c,
	sysdeps/m68k/fpu/s_modff.c: Include the corresponding double
	versions with appropriate definitions to get float functions,
	instead of defining them directly.
