	* sysdeps/generic/bits/sockaddr.h: Remove SA_LEN macro.
	* sysdeps/unix/bsd/bsd4.4/bits/sockaddr.h: Likewise.
	* include/sys/socket.h: Add SA_LEN here for internal use.
