* Makefile (subdirs): Add sysvipc.

	* stdlib/srand48_r.c (srand48_r): Use UL suffix for huge constant.
	* stdlib/drand48-iter.c (__drand48_iterate): Likewise.

	* hurd/hurdlookup.c (__hurd_file_name_lookup_retry): Call
	 __file_set_size instead of __file_truncate.

	* features.h (__USE_REENTRANT): New macro.
