Ulrich Drepper b1a173f75e Update.
2003-01-19  Ulrich Drepper  <drepper@redhat.com>

	* time/strftime.c (my_strftime): Handle very large width
	specifications for numeric values correctly. Improve checks for
	overflow.
	* time/Makefile (tests): Add tst-strftime.
	* time/tst-strftime.c: New file.
