Use nscd_ssize_t where appropriate.
	* nscd/nscd_gethst_r.c (nscd_gethst_r): Use nscd_ssize_t instead of
	ssize_t where appropriate.
	* sysdeps/generic/nscd-types.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/alpha/nscd-types.h: New file.
